After losing to Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy, Sri Lanka will gear up to take on neighbor India starting 26th of July 2017. The two teams will play three Tests, five one-day internationals and a twenty20 in venues across Sri Lanka.
India’s 50-day tour will commence with a warm-up game on the 21st or the 22nd of July 2017.
Losing to Sri Lanka in the Champions Trophy, India will want to dominate as they’ve done in the past. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka will look to get a competitive side up and running ahead of the tour.
Sri Lanka will play Zimbabwe in a Test and five one-day internationals later this month.
1st Test – Pallekele Stadium Kandy (July 26 to 30)
2nd Test – Galle (August 4 to 8)
3rd Test – Colombo (SSC Grounds) August 12 to 16.
1st ODI – R Premadasa Stadium (August 20)
2nd ODI – Dangiri Dambulla (August 24)
3rd ODI – Pallekale (August 27)
4th ODI – Pallekale (August 30)
5th ODI – R Premadasa Stadium (September 3).
Only T20 – R Premadasa Stadium (September 6)
