The Leicester City fairytale continued elsewhere as the side got the better of Sevilla to qualify for the all-important Champions League Quarter Finals earlier today. The match ended 2-0 but the Foxes led 3-2 in aggregate.
With an away goal in the 1st leg, the Foxes were in a good position but Sevilla appeared the better team on the cards.
An early tap in from Morgan gave Leicester the lead in the 27th minute of the first half. They had the edge over Sevilla but the visitors, especially Samir Nasri showed great intent to get back in the game.
However, Albrighton’s fantastic finish lifted the hosts to make it 3-2 in aggregate. Samir Nasri picked up his second yellow card and was sent off in the 74th minute of the game.
