Lahiru Madushanka and Amila Aponso will be replaced by the experienced Chamara Kapugedara and Suranga Lakmal for the three one day international against Zimbabwe at Hambantota.
The two teams will play on the 6th, 8th and the 10th of July 2017.
Before the recently concluded second ODI, four Sri Lankan players were out with the flu. Namely, Lasith Malinga, Kusal Mendis, Asela Gunarathne and Lakshan Sandakan have successfully recovered and will compete for a place in the three ODI’s to follow,
The five match ODI series is currently on the balance (1-1).
Sri Lanka will look to focus on their field as their catching has been horrible in the recent past. They are in need for a better all-round performance ahead of the India series in July.
